This website is provided for information, portfolio review, project inquiries, and communication with Emerald Sun Design Studio. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its security, availability, forms, or connected services.
Project inquiries and estimates
Any proposal, estimate, timeline, or recommendation shared after an inquiry is based on the information available at that time. Final scope, pricing, deliverables, and timelines may change after review, discovery, asset availability, technical access, or client approval.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, timely feedback, required access, licenses, approvals, content, images, brand assets, and any legal rights needed to use submitted materials.
Content and intellectual property
Emerald Sun Design Studio retains rights to its pre-existing tools, systems, templates, workflows, code libraries, and creative process. Client-owned materials remain the client's property. Final ownership of custom deliverables should be defined in the applicable proposal, invoice, or written agreement.
Portfolio use
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Emerald Sun may reference completed public-facing work in its portfolio, case studies, or marketing materials after launch. Confidential or sensitive information will not be intentionally published as portfolio content.
Third-party platforms
Projects may involve third-party platforms such as hosting providers, domain registrars, analytics tools, email systems, payment processors, social networks, content platforms, or Google services. Emerald Sun is not responsible for outages, policy changes, fees, or limitations controlled by those providers.
No guaranteed results
Emerald Sun works to improve design quality, technical structure, content presentation, usability, and search readiness. Specific rankings, traffic levels, sales, leads, or revenue results cannot be guaranteed because those outcomes depend on market conditions, competition, platform behavior, budgets, and client follow-through.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Emerald Sun Design Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from website use, project delays, third-party services, or business outcomes.
